Yes. . . the Facility Reservations Office (FRO) now offers Renters with online payment options through CardPointe Hosted Payment Page (HPP). HPP is the preferred method of payment. HPP is also a real-time transaction management system. The HPP process offers the ease of being able to pay for a fee 24 hours a day/7 days a week and the payment can be made with a credit card,
e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, or American Express. The HPP system also has the option to store your card on file and access as needed, when needed through a simple, efficient, and secure login platform.
When payment is made online, you and the FRO receive a PAYMENT CONFIRMATION as part of the online transaction process.
PLEASE NOTE:
The FRO is authorized to issue a USE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT for final signature once the
reservation confirmation and
certificate of insurance are received and the
online payment clears. This notice and information also appear at the top of the invoice under the
STEPS section of the Invoice.
